Cockpit music player on Openplotter
#1
Hello,

I've added music player (Mopidy with Spotify and MusicBox Web UI) which works very nice with a cockpit touchscreen.
It was very easy to install. I've documented the instructions here

https://bareboat-necessities.github.io/m...sic_player

I thought someone would be looking for something like that.

Thanks,

You should later register mopidy as a service to start automatically and create a menu link to open Mopidy Web UI directly from desktop menu.

I've been using clementine for a while as a player/podcasts etc , fitting a hifiberry board on the pi was a great success, draws little power and acts as a 5v supply to the pi as well [Image: 2wnQ7qi.jpg]
Then some node-red streams various web radio and plays it through MPD.
Total game changer onboard as the Pi is on all the time anyway.
